This is a second floor side unit on the east side with fantastic unobstructed ocean views from the private deck off the living room. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy additional features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, ceiling fans, and a private balcony off of the living room. A Place at the Beach Phase II includes a coin-op community laundry and grilling area near the pool.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds and a full bathroom with a shower.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional charge of $125 plus tax will apply when bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
