On the main level there is one bedroom with a King bed, and a private bathroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. Another bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom and the fourth bedroom has two sets of Bunk beds with its own private bathroom with a tub. One set of bunk beds is Single over Single and the other is Single over Double.
All bathrooms have been recently renovated.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 11. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
