On the main floor are two bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and private bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the hallway bathroom which has a shower only. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a Queeen bed and a bedroom with a Queen and a Single bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower. The fifth bedroom has two Single beds and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a sitting/TV nook upstairs.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 11. If you rented this property last year, ask about a discount offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.

Property Cancellation Policy.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
