This property consists of three private, yet attached, oceanfront units that are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms each with a bonus room. In total you get 15 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms for your large family group or retreat. They all share an oceanfront pool and two beach accesses. Pool can be heated in the off season for an additional surcharge.
All three fully-stocked kitchens include 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. There is dining at each of the three tables in the dining rooms and at the kitchen bars. Each of the three living rooms have access to a large oceanfront deck. Other features include central heat and air, a TV in each bedroom and living room, DVD players, wireless internet.
Each of the three units is set up with a King master bedroom on the first floor with a master bathroom, and bonus room with D/S bunk set and hall bathroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms each with two Queen beds and three hallway bathrooms. Total of 15 bedrooms (3K, 24Q, plus 3D/S bunks in 3 bonus rooms) and 15 bathrooms.
Outside you'll enjoy sun decks, gazebo, outdoor showers, a large oceanfront pool with lots of seating and two private beach accesses. Parking for 15-17 vehicles is provided.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
