The balcony has been described as 'the best balcony on the beach' by knowledgeable locals.  With 30 feet of private oceanfront corner terrace, you can enjoy the ebb and flow of the surf and watch for passing wildlife.  Enjoy the idyllic 180 degree ocean view from sunrise to sunset.  The ocean view continues on the west side of the condo from the dining room and kitchen to 3 of the bedrooms.

 

This haven was thoroughly remodeled in winter of 2017 and 2014, with extra annual upgrades.  Renovations include granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, inviting beach décor, 5 cable HDTVs, all new mattresses, carpet, paint, and balcony furniture.  The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of extra amenities to help you feel right at home.  

 

In addition to the spectacular views, the living room has a 48'' smart TV with DVD player. Bedroom #1 'Seaside' has a king bed, large bathroom with jetted tub, 32" smart TV and ocean view. 'Lighthouse' is Bedroom #2 with one queen and one double bed, bathroom, 32" TV and ocean view. Bedroom #3 'Sea Creatures' has two double beds and a 28" TV with DVD, bathroom and ocean view. The 'Waterway' Bedroom #4 has one queen bed and a full size futon with high quality mattress, bathroom, and 28" TV with DVD.

 

The Windjammer offers elevator access, upgraded Wi-Fi, ramped access to the beach observation deck, and then steps down to the beach.  Enjoy the warm waters of this family friendly beach and be sure to take the short walk to the west end of the island at Tubbs Inlet for shelling and fishing or the longer walk to the pier mid-island.  Alternatively, the large community pool with sundecks, palm trees and adjacent grilling area on the waterway side of the building is another delightful spot.  

 

Ocean Isle Beach is a wonderful family friendly island that boasts a coastal museum, turtle nesting program, mini golf, seasonal artisan fair and concerts, and watersports on the ocean and waterway of the island.  This is a golfer’s delight with dozens of beautiful nearby golf courses.   There are numerous shopping and fabulous dining opportunities, including the seafood capital of the world, Calabash NC less than 15 minutes away.  Of course, staying at the condo and relaxing, listening to the rhythm of the waves is balm for the soul.

Rentals are weekly only 4/1/2025-10/31/2025.
3-night minimum 4/1/2025-5/31/2025 & 8/30/2025-10/31/2025 if available last minute.
3-night minimum 10/29/2024-3/31/2025 and 11/1/2025-12/31/2025. 

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
