Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 TVs for streaming your entertainment services, wireless internet, a pack n play, baby gate, booster seat, a screened porch in front, a sun deck in back, outdoor shower, and outdoor seating under the house. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer on the back deck. This house is located 4 houses from Chadbourn Street and there is a public beach access at Chadbourn and First Street.
There is one bedroom with a Double/Single Bunk set and a Single bed. A second bedroom has a Queen bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom between them with a shower. On the left side of the house there are two bedrooms, with Queen bed each, that share a bathroom between them with a tub/shower.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.
This rental is dog-friendly. An additional fee of $200 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog(s) and your check out time will be 9:00 am. Two dogs maximum per stay. Dogs under 30 lbs.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
