There are 2 private oceanfront balconies and a large street side covered patio with streaming TV on the upper level overlooking the pool, now with handy new refrigerator on patio. There are also 4 cable TVs. This oceanfront condo has central heat and air, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer. Amenities include a pool on the street side of the building with park-style charcoal grills and picnic table, an elevator, and a walkway to the beach. Guests have access to the ground level storage room to store beach equipment.
Rate includes departure cleaning. NO SMOKING. Third floor. Accommodates 9. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by homeowner for repeat renters.
Rentals are weekly only 6/7/2025-8/30/2025.
3-night minimum 10/26/2024-6/6/2025 and 8/30/2025-12/31/2025.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
