On the main level there are two bedrooms. One has one Queen bed and one Single bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has one Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has two Double beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. The other has one Queen bed and one Single bed with a bathroom that is also accessed from the loft. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
