This home has an inverted floor plan with the kitchen and great room on the top level. On that level is a bedroom with a King bed with extra wide doorway to accommodate wheelchair access and private bathroom with large shower, and a bedroom with two Double beds. There is a half bathroom off of the living room that is wheelchair accessible. Downstairs there are four bedrooms; one has a King bed and a private bathroom both with extra wide doorways to accommodate wheelchair access and a large shower, one has a Queen bed and Double bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower, one has a Queen bed and Double bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower, and the last has one King bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.
This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $150 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog(s) and your check out time will be 9:00 am. There is a limit of 2 dogs for this fee. Fee of $250 plus tax for 3 dogs. Maximum of 3 dogs per reservation.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
