The first floor has two bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds and a private bathroom with shower, and the other with one Queen bed and private bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two Queen beds and private bathroom with a tub/shower and a large master suite with a jetted tub and shower in the en suite bathroom.
Rate includes departure cleaning. Bed linens and towels provided. No smoking. Accommodates 10. No pets. Ask about pet friendly properties if needed.
Rentals are weekly only, Saturday to Saturday.
Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
